1. When will my order be delivered?
Items ordered for delivery by UK Standard Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered.

Items ordered for delivery by European Standard Delivery can take up to 21 days to arrive.

Items ordered for delivery by Worldwide Standard Delivery can take up to 28 days to arrive.

2. Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery is Free for orders to be delivered by UK Standard Delivery. For other delivery options please read our Delivery Information page.
3. What if I've ordered a product that is out of stock?
Our stock levels are continuously updated, but due to high demand we cannot guarantee that a product you order will be in stock. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and ensure that your item is shipped as quickly as possible.
4. What if the item I have received is faulty?
Please Contact Us to return the goods to us. Postage and packaging will be refunded in the event of faulty goods.
5. What if I need to make a complaint?
If you are not satisfied with our service or the product you have received and feel that you want to make a complaint you can do so in writing be either email or post, details can be found on our Contact Us page. We aim to resolve a complaint within 7 working days.
