Definitions
"We", "us" or "the company" means Crowneys.com
"You", "the customer" or "the buyer" means the person, company or entity contracting to purchase the goods.
"The goods" are the items that you order from us as specified by our order acknowledgement and on our invoice.
Ordering
We receive orders via the company's web site and we reserve the right to refuse to accept orders or to require additional confirmation at our discretion. We will acknowledge receipt of your order automatically by email.
Stock
We cannot ensure that all items are available at the time of ordering. If we are out of stock we will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as we can.
Refunds
Refunds due against returned goods will be paid as soon as the returned goods are received by us, subject to the goods being received in unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging.
Prices
We endeavour to ensure that all published prices are correct, however we reserve the right to change prices without notice and not to accept orders at prices that have been quoted in error. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and VAT is included where applicable.
Payment
Payment is accepted in pounds sterling by most major credit or debit cards as detailed on our web site at time of order.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt (except for weekends and Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability. Orders are delivered by the most appropriate method, usually first class post or courier.
Complaints
We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair and timely manner. Any complaints should be addressed in writing to the company at the published address or via the web site.
Indemnity
Customers and other users of this web site agree to indemnify the company against any claims, direct, indirect or consequential damage, loss or expense that may be caused as a direct or indirect result of the use of this web site and any information or computer software contained therein or by your access to other web sites as a result of links from this site. Law
All disputes arising out of, or in connection with, any contract between the company and the buyer shall be governed by English Law and the buyer accepts the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, colours and specifications of our products are correct. The colours have been matched as closely as possible, however variations may occur due to different screen resolutions. |
